You don't have to wait for Cinco de Mayo to enjoy these Southwest favorites.  Our Corn Cakes are made entirely from scratch with sweet corn, bell peppers, chilies, scallions and spices.  Try topping with a dollop of creme fraiche and caviar, smoked salmon with a little creamed horseradish or for a more casual flavor, guacamole.

Corn Cakes arrive the next day frozen and are packed on a recyclable Styrofoam tray.  Please cook from frozen and remove from tray before cooking.  Preheat oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.  Remove the plastic wrap and product from the enclosed Styrofoam tray.  Place on a lined baking sheet in the middle rack of oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are crisp, then place on a paper towel to absorb natural moisture.  Top with your favoite topping and serve.  Do not microwave.
