You don't have to wait for Cinco de Mayo to enjoy these Southwest favorites!  Our Black Bean and Corn Tartlets are made with an all-butter pastry dough filled with black beans, roasted corn and smoked paprika custard and blended with spicy jack cheese. 

Tartlets arrive the next day frozen and are packed in a recyclable oven-safe tray.  Please cook from frozen.  Do not remove tartlets from enclosed tray until after cooking.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees for 10 minutes.  Remove the plastic wrap.  Place tray on a foil-lined baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the tartlets are browned on the bottom and top.  Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from oven-safe tray.  Failure to use baking sheet may cause melting of the tray.  Do not microwave.  Do not use a toaster oven.
